Plan Tab Navigation
Objective: Gain an understanding of the Work Orders Plan view in the Maintenance module.
The Work Orders Plan "List View" is accessed by selecting Maintenance from the Navigation Sidebar and then "Operational" from the Navigation Dropdown.
Click "List View" within the Plan menu to display the Work Order's Plan List View page.
This will open a screen with the following customisable view
The top three panels are able to be modified as detailed in the Dashboards section.
This section provides a list view of the Work Orders in the system. This screen has an overview of key fields that were populated during the Work Order creation stage. Clicking the edit symbol (
) takes users to the individual Work Order in order to change any information within it, if required.
